He holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from CPM (Britain), Advanced Diploma in Purchasing and Supply from ICM, Diploma in Sales Marketing and Management from CPM (Britain), Certificate in Supplier Performance Management, Certificate in Negotiation and Certificate in Computers. Mr. Notice is an accomplished manager with more than 8 years’ experience in Management and Administration, very innovative, a team builder with excellent communication skills. He has vast knowledge and experience in both technical and managerial fields including working 4 years in the construction industry.

ISAAC MAPETSANI: FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

He holds an ICM Diploma in Business Studies (UK), He has vast knowledge in business administration and finance. He has deep and diverse knowledge and experience of finance through working in various renowned firms.

WENCELAS CHITSERE: PROJECTS DIRECTOR

Mr Chitsere has been in the construction industry working with residential, industrial and commercial owners for 9 years. He initially started off with B&B contractors as a painter and waterproofing supervisor and worked with various companies for the next 6 years. He then worked for Maintenance Solutions (Pvt) as a project manager. He has extensive experience in commercial roof maintenance projects.

GILBERT MTERO: TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Mr Mtero started out working with maintenance and contracting companies while attending college. He has 8 years’ experience in Projects Management. He worked for Dipzone Waterproofing Company as a technical manager for 5 years. He has vast working knowledge in construction, maintenance and building repairs. He has vast, deep and diverse knowledge and experience of waterproofing, roof coating, torch on and roof repairs through working in various renowned maintenance firms.
